Microsoft Word, Publisher and PowerPoint  Documents should be saved as PDF files. This will lock in the fonts and avoid the horrors of text flow. If you have edge to edge colour we suggest that you include bleed of between 3-5mm around all of the edges and if possible save in a CMYK format.

Most of the better graphic art packages such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and other packages are a lot easier to use if you are creating artwork for the print and sign industry. Please make sure that ALL artwork is set up as CMYK and has bleed. If you are including images check that these are suitable to print in the format you require. some image may look good on the screen, but check them by zooming in (make them larger on screen) If they are pixelated then that is how they will look when printed.

We can offer a tutorial service to show you or your staff how to create designs perfect for printing. Remember that the designs will be seen by many people so lets get it right first time and show how professional your business and staff are.

If in doubt please ask and we can assist you to make sure that the artwork is set up the way you need it. 020 8640 9527
